Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States and many international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see whether we deliver to you.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Some products may ship free. The total you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

Delivery times

Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Many of our products ship directly from our partner suppliers, so an order with several items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Large items such as desks and chairs may take longer to arrive than small items.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For international orders, your destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the prices on our store.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@studysanctum.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address before you complete your order. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
